Are you a licensed property management company?
Yes. We are fully licensed and operate in compliance with all state and industry standards for property management services. -
Can I contact you after hours?
Yes. We provide an emergency contact number for urgent matters outside regular business hours. Routine inquiries will be handled during normal office times. -
Can rental income be deposited directly into my account?
Absolutely. We offer direct deposit for all owner disbursements to ensure quick and secure transfers. -
Will I get to review or sign the lease?
Owners are welcome to review the lease before it is finalized. We typically handle lease execution on your behalf, unless you prefer otherwise. -
When and how will I receive rental payments?
Disbursements are processed on a monthly basis—usually through direct deposit or check—after rent has been collected and expenses are reconciled. -
How is rent collected from tenants?
We provide flexible payment options both in person and online. Tenants can pay rent with a secure online payment, by check or a money order. Late payments are handled according to the lease terms and applicable laws. -
What lease terms do you offer?
Most of our leases are 12 months, but we can accommodate different lease lengths depending on market conditions and owner preferences. -
How much is the tenant’s security deposit?
Security deposits are generally equal to 1 month's rent. -
When can you start managing my property?
We can begin as soon as the management agreement is signed and your property is ready for leasing. -
What types of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes, multi-family properties and commercial spaces. -
How often will I receive financial reports?
You’ll receive monthly financial statements with rent, expense, and maintenance details. Additional custom reports are available upon request. -
Who holds the tenant’s security deposit?
Security deposits are either held by you as the owner, or in our trust account, in accordance with local laws and best practices.
