Property Management is a third generation full service property
management company that manages single family residences,
apartment buildings, condos, commercial, industrial, retail,
and office buildings. Our area of operation includes all of
Santa Barbara County, Ventura County, Los Angeles County and
San Luis Obispo County.
As a company we are dedicated to making the property management
experience as enjoyable as possible for both the property
owner and the tenant.
For property owners we accomplish this by thoroughly screening
our potential tenants, negotiating low maintenance fees,
collecting rent on time, preparing detailed income and expense
statements, and responding to any owner inquiry in a timely
fashion.
For our current tenants we accomplish this by timely responding
to maintenance calls, establishing good on site policies
to minimize noise disruptions, keeping our properties maintained
and clean, and allowing for easy online applications, payments,
or maintenance requests.
